For our kimchi, due to the nature of our product (fresh and perishable), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order (such as a packing error or quality concern), please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make it right!
For our merch, all sales are final. We only offer exchanges if you received the wrong item by mistake. If that happens, please contact us within 7 days of pick-up so we can make it right. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
For our kimchi, we prepare all orders fresh for Friday pick-up each week. Once you place your order, it will be ready for pick-up on the upcoming Friday. You’ll receive a confirmation with the exact time and location after checkout.
Be sure to order before our weekly cut-off to make the Friday batch!
Merch orders are shipped separately from our food pick-ups. Regular shipping times apply (3-7 business days). Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.
Our kimchi is made fresh each week in a licensed commercial kitchen in Redmond, WA. We follow traditional methods with quality ingredients to ensure every batch is fresh, safe, and delicious.
Our kimchi can be enjoyed for 4–5 months when stored properly in the fridge. That said, we recommend eating it within the first month for the freshest flavor and best texture. After that, it will continue to ferment and develop a stronger, tangier taste — still totally safe and delicious, just more bold!
Yes — our kimchi must be kept refrigerated at all times. It's a live, fermented product, and refrigeration slows down the fermentation process to maintain its flavor and quality. Be sure to pop it in the fridge as soon as you get home!
Kimchi is available for pick-up only. We do not offer shipping for kimchi at this time. Pick-ups take place every Friday between 12–2:30 p.m. at Good Lazy Donuts (Issaquah Highlands).
Right now, we only offer kimchi through online orders for local pick-up. We were at the Issaquah Farmers Market (May–September 2025) and plan to return next season!
Stay tuned — we’ll keep you posted as our kimchi becomes available at more locations.
We’re currently working on how best to offer our mandu — possibly through pop-ups or pre-orders for pick-up (just like our kimchi). Nothing’s official yet, but we’re excited to share it with you soon.
We’ll keep you posted as soon as it’s available!
