Ingredients: pork, beef, tofu, garlic, mung beans, green onions, and Modest Kimchi (Napa cabbage, Korean radish, crushed red pepper, apple, garlic, sea salt, green onion, minari, sugar, ginger, sweet rice flour)
Directions:

Steam for 8–10 minutes.

Pan-fry for 2–3 minutes until bottoms are golden and then add 3–4 tbsp water, cover, and steam for 8–9 minutes.

Boil by adding frozen dumplings to boiling water or soup and cook for 2–3 minutes after they float.

All methods must reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C)!
